He helps clients identify and manage market access barriers and opportunities – as well as the real-world impacts of geopolitical risks.

He has supported major manufacturing and renewable energy projects identifying and accessing funding to unlock private sector investment.

Before Joining Flint Rhys spent 7 years advising ministers as a civil servant, first at HM Treasury and then at the Department for International Trade.

At the Department for International Trade, he led the team developing the UK's customs and origin administration propositions for free trade agreements, working closely with businesses.

At HM Treasury Rhys worked on economic growth, taxation and financial services - including a placement at the Bank of England for the Fair and Effective Markets Review.
