We advise companies and investors on how to engage with regulators and other decision makers, including in relation to regulatory frameworks, strategic policy development and other regulatory processes.

Drawing on a deep understanding of how the sector works and the challenges it faces, we help companies to develop and explain their corporate, regulatory and policy positioning.

Support on regulatory appeals and redeterminations

We help companies assess the risks and potential benefits of regulatory appeals and redeterminations and – where companies choose to take action – we provide strategic and substantive support to maximise the prospects of success.

Training

We run comprehensive training courses in economic regulation for boards, executive and leadership teams and regulatory departments. Regulation is one of the critical determinants of commercial outcomes for water companies but also one of the most opaque. Our training cuts through the complexity to improve commercial decision-making.
