Life at Flint

At Flint, we enjoy challenging each other’s thinking and working hard on a wide variety of interesting and stimulating projects.

Working closely together in practice areas to support each other and treating each other with respect and thoughtfulness.

We support our staff through professional development, to ensure learning needs are identified and supported. Alongside formal training, regular lunchtime learning sessions are an opportunity to share knowledge and skills.

All new joiners complete a comprehensive induction, meeting colleagues across all our teams, with regular check-ins to ensure all is well. We pay close attention to line management and constructive appraisal.

We have frequent social and team building events including outings to the theatre and sporting occasions, and visits to our different offices. In the office, a team lunch is provided once a week. Our book club discuss themes and subjects relevant to the work at Flint, and other activities include a running club and mixed five-a-side football.
