Gregor oversees Flint’s activities across continental Europe and heads Flint’s office in Brussels. He advises multinationals and governments on complex EU policy and regulatory challenges, strategic communications, positioning and crisis preparedness.
Gregor is a Brussels insider. An Austrian national, he has a wealth of first-hand experience in EU policy making at senior level, having spent over 10 years in the European Commission in Brussels as personal adviser and spokesman to two Commissioners. During this time he dealt with major business-critical EU policy issues such as international trade negotiations, regulatory initiatives in various areas of the EU’s Single Market, industrial policy, food safety and agriculture policy reform.
Gregor also has extensive experience in running high-profile EU-wide regulatory and communications campaigns.
After leaving the European Commission, Gregor joined, and later ran, a leading Brussels EU policy and communications consultancy.
