Emeline advises clients on EU policy and political issues, with a focus on trade and security issues.

Before joining Flint, she worked at the Council of the European Union’s Security and Crisis Management unit, where she focused on defence and security issues. She previously gained experience at a defence-focused Paris-based think tank.

Emeline holds a master's degree in Global Politics from the London School of Economics and a master's degree in international relations from Sciences Po Lyon.

A French national, she is fluent in French and English.
