Carlos advises companies in sectors ranging from tech to digital to traditional industries on political and regulatory issues in Spain, the EU and Latin America.
Previously Carlos held senior positions in the public sector, as Secretary of State for Telecommunications in the Spanish Government, and in the private sector as General Counsel at IBM Spain, Airbus and Airtel (Vodafone Spain). Most recently, Carlos was the Global Head of Public Affairs at Telefonica and a member of its Management Board.
