Benoît supports clients on EU policy, regulatory and strategic communications issues in Brussels and Paris.

Benoît is a policy and regulatory strategist, with a focus on EU digital, antitrust and health policy. In the digital sector, he has led high-stakes public affairs campaigns for a broad range of multinational companies on issues ranging from competition policy and antitrust investigations to platform liability, data privacy / GDPR, intellectual property and industrial policy and digital taxation. In the healthcare sector, he has advised multiple biotech companies on their market access issues across European countries, with a focus on political and stakeholder engagement and corporate communications. Benoît also advises companies on communications strategies and has extensive experience as a media trainer for senior corporate executives, especially in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry.

Benoît began his career in the European Commission, where he worked on European Social Fund programmes and Labour Market policies. He teaches EU policy at the Institute of Political Science in Lille (Sciences Po Lille) and is also involved in several pro-European initiatives and think tanks.
