Verity advises M&A clients on policy, political and regulatory issues involved in transaction clearance. She also leads Flint’s work with start-ups and the ventures community. She is based in London.
Prior to joining Flint, Verity worked as a political reporter and editor at The Telegraph. She started her career as a strategy consultant at Accenture, where she worked in a range of different sectors, including government, financial services and transport.
