Siôn advises clients on adapting their business strategies to political risk. He leads Flint’s work on the UK Labour Party, trade unions and in Wales.
Before joining Flint in 2019, Siôn was a Labour MEP, MP, Metro Mayor candidate and a Minister in the last Labour government. Previously he was a Daily Telegraph main political columnist and Associate Editor of the Spectator. In his earlier career, he was a senior manager in the small global HQ of what was then an FTSE top-10 business.
At Flint, he has advised on major transactions and major business reorganisations and trade union negotiations. He leads Flint’s work on the UK Labour Party, trades unions and Wales.
Siôn is visually impaired and works mainly from his home office near Caernarfon, but is also a regular presence in Flint’s London office and at client meetings
