Shaelyn provides advice to clients on regulatory, policy and economic issues, with a particular focus on financial services, energy and climate sectors.

Prior to joining Flint, Shaelyn worked as a finance and economics analyst for PwC in New Zealand where she advised businesses on strategy, commercial and policy challenges across a variety of regulated sectors including energy, healthcare, education and transport. Before this, she worked in the energy industry for an electricity and gas distribution company.

Shaelyn holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Otago, majoring in Finance and Economics, with a minor in Management.
