Seb is a Manager in Flint Global’s new health and life sciences team.

He advises pharmaceutical and life sciences organisations on navigating complex political and policy environments in the UK and internationally, helping them anticipate risk, shape strategy and engage effectively with decision-makers.
Seb previously worked at the centre of UK government in the Office for Life Sciences, where he co-led development of the UK’s Life Sciences Sector Plan and supported engagement with industry and health system stakeholders. His work focused on aligning sector priorities with broader government objectives on economic growth and innovation.

He also brings experience in global health diplomacy, supporting UK engagement across the G7, G20, United Nations and bilateral partnerships, and has strong understanding of how health policy intersects with foreign policy, trade and geopolitics.

At Flint, Seb supports clients to position their policy priorities within fast-moving domestic and international political landscapes, combining insight into government decision-making with deep sector knowledge.
