Philip advises clients on UK political issues and policy analysis.
Prior to joining Flint, Philip worked for HMRC on their Tax Specialist Programme. His previous experience includes researching parliament and Brexit for Professor Meg Russell at University College London's Constitution Unit, and as a Parliamentary Reporter for the Northern Ireland Assembly.
Philip has a first-class honours degree in History from Ulster University, and he completed his postgraduate studies in 2020 in Politics and Contemporary History at King's College London.
