Nick advises clients on competition, regulatory and policy issues. He is based in London.
Before Flint, Nick worked on HM Treasury's independent review of the rules that ring-fence retail banks from investment banks.
Prior to that, Nick spent five years at the Competition and Markets Authority where he ran the Chairman's office, worked on the CMA's Brexit preparations, and advised Whitehall departments on taking competition into account when making policy.
Nick is an economist by training, and holds a first class BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University.
