A Director in the Health and Life Sciences team at Flint international, she brings more than a decade of experience shaping public health agendas across government, industry and the third sector.

She previously worked in consultancy before moving in-house for nine years, holding senior government affairs roles at Novartis and Johnson & Johnson. There, she developed first-hand insight into how global healthcare companies navigate UK and international policy and regulatory environments.

Louise also brings significant political experience. She served as a councillor in south-west London for eight years and stood as a candidate for both the Greater London Assembly and Parliament, giving her a practical understanding of the political process alongside her advisory work.
