Kah Loon advises clients on competition, regulatory, and economic issues. He is based in London.
Prior to joining Flint, Kah Loon was a Senior Analyst at Compass Lexecon, where he provided economic advice and analysis as part of its Antitrust and Competition practice. He has advised clients in UK and European Commission merger control proceedings, including both Phase I and Phase II mergers. He has also supported clients in antitrust follow-on damages claims in the UK and across the EU.
Kah Loon is an economist by training. He holds a first-class BA in Economics and MPhil in Economic Research from the University of Cambridge. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in EU Competition Law from King’s College London.
