Kah Loon advises clients on competition, regulatory, and economic issues. He is based in London.

Prior to joining Flint, Kah Loon was a Senior Analyst at Compass Lexecon, where he provided economic advice and analysis as part of its Antitrust and Competition practice.

Kah Loon has advised clients on UK, European, and Australian mergers, including both Phase 1 and Phase 2 mergers, and competition litigation proceedings. He has also advised clients on regulatory matters across a wide range of sectors, including telecoms, technology, and financial services.

Kah Loon is an economist by training. He holds a first-class BA in Economics and MPhil in Economic Research from the University of Cambridge. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in EU Competition Law from King’s College London.
