Giacomo advises clients on EU policy, regulatory, and political developments, with a particular focus on digital policy.

Giacomo joined Flint from DIGITALEUROPE, where he worked on cybersecurity, privacy, and infrastructure policy. He had previously gained experience as a policy advisor to an Italian NGO and as a data analyst in the banking sector.

Giacomo holds an MPhil in European Politics and Society from the University of Oxford and a BSc in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from University College London (UCL). Giacomo is fluent in English and Italian and has working knowledge of French.
