Prior to joining Flint, Fergus spent seven years in the UK Civil Service. This included four years in the Investment Security Unit (ISU) in the Cabinet Office, where he engaged extensively with regulators across North America and Europe on screening matters. He also served in the UK Space Agency, working on setting the UK’s national space strategy.
Fergus holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law and an MA in American Politics from UCL.
