Rohan supports clients on competition, regulation and policy issues across a number of sectors including telecoms, utilities, technology and financial services.
Prior to joining Flint, Rohan was a Policy Economist at the Bank of England. He worked on a range of financial regulatory policy issues at the international, EU and domestic levels. He worked on the finalisation of the post-crisis international banking capital framework (Basel III) and contributed to the Financial Stability Board’s evaluation of the impact of the post-crisis reforms on global infrastructure investment. He also worked on implementing EU legislation on the bank recovery and resolution regime (DGSD and BRRD) in the UK. He is an economist by training and his previous experience includes work in economic consulting and investment banking.
