Profile

Laurens advises clients on EU policy and regulatory developments with a focus on energy, trade, and financial services. Besides his work at Flint, he also heads the Belgium chapter of EPIS, a think tank for young professionals.

Laurens holds an MA in EU International Relations and Diplomacy from the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium, and a MSc in International Politics from Ghent University.

A Belgian national he is fluent in Dutch and English with a working knowledge of French.
