Philippine advises clients on French political and policy developments across a range of sectors. Before joining Flint, Philippine worked as a NATO and transatlantic relations policy officer at the Defence Policy Directorate of the French Ministry for Armed Forces. Earlier in her career, Philippine worked at the EU Delegation in Washington D.C. and at NATO.
Philippine holds a BA in Law from Assas University, a Master’s Degree in Common Law from Assas University and Oxford University, and a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Sciences Po Paris.
A French national, Philippine is fluent in French and English.
