James is part of the Markets and Investor Advisory practice, supporting clients on energy, sustainability and climate issues.
Before joining Flint, James was a Senior Policy Adviser at the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero where he worked on high-profile climate policy issues, including the development of the UK Emissions Trading Scheme. Previously, he worked at Ofgem delivering renewable energy and social programmes on behalf of the Government.
James holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering which also featured a placement year at HawkEye Innovations.
