Isabel advises financial services clients on politics, policy and regulation. She is based in London.

Prior to joining Flint, Isabel worked as a policy advisor at HM Treasury within the Financial Services group and the Enterprise and Growth unit. She has developed policy for the asset management sector and the mutuals sector, as well as working on COVID loan schemes, UK Government Investments, and on HM Treasury's Women in Finance Charter.

She holds a BA in Human, Social, and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
