David de Nood is a Director at Flint in Amsterdam and The Hague. He advises clients on navigating complex political dynamics, regulatory issues, and strategic policy developments in the Netherlands.

Due to a broad client portfolio, his practice spans corporate taxation, economic policy, tech, HQ issues and complex regulatory frameworks across a broad range of sectors. He helps clients shape pragmatic policy solutions, translating business priorities into actionable legislative concepts where needed. Alongside his work with individual corporate clients, he enables high-impact coalitions that align industry and policymakers behind constructive reform.

Prior to joining Flint, David served as a Director at Considerati. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade as a senior advisor at VNO-NCW, leading strategic advocacy on national policy and the Dutch business climate. He began his career at Dutch digital think tank ECP-EPN.
