Based in our Singapore office, Chris advises clients on AI policy, digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, data governance, connectivity and trade across the region.

Chris brings more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of technology, policy and business strategy. He previously established the Asia Pacific practice of a leading international policy consultancy before directing its Washington, DC office and overseeing operations across North America and Europe. He has also established and led industry coalitions, including the Coalition for Cybersecurity in Asia Pacific (CCAPAC).

He has advised Fortune 500 companies and international organisations on market entry, regulatory strategy and coalition-building, engaging with governments in more than 70 jurisdictions and multilateral bodies including the UN, ITU, ICANN, OECD, EU, APEC and ASEAN.
