Bhavini advises clients on competition, policy and regulatory issues with a focus on financial services and digital markets. She is based in London.
Prior to joining Flint, Bhavini was an Economist at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Payments Systems Regulator (PSR) for 7 years. Bhavini led aspects of the FCA’s Wholesale Data Market Study, set up a randomised control experiment testing behaviourally informed interventions in retail sectors and supported the FCA’s role at the Financial Stability Board. She also worked closely with international regulators as a Lead Supervisor of Credit Rating Agencies.
Bhavini has a master’s degree in Financial Economics from the University of Birkbeck and an undergraduate degree from the University of Birmingham.
