Adrien de Boer is a Manager at Flint Global, where he advises clients on strategic positioning and communication, government affairs and stakeholder engagement across the Netherlands and Europe. His work focuses on helping organisations navigate complex political and policy environments, with particular focus on the digital economy and technology, mobility and sustainability sectors. 

Prior to joining Flint, Adrien served as Chief of Staff to a parliamentary group in the Dutch Lower House and as Chair of a political party in the Netherlands. Through these roles, he gained experience in political strategy, policy development and stakeholder management at national level.
