Six new partners appointed at Flint

This September we welcome six new Partners to Flint, further building our senior team in France, Brussels and London and expanding our services to clients.    

Anne-Juliette Rohrbach joins as a Partner to launch and lead Flint’s new permanent office in Paris. Anne-Juliette is an expert in French policy and regulation with 15 years’ experience in public affairs consultancy for a wide range of clients across many sectors. She has particular expertise in the healthcare sector.

Thomas Barros-Tastets joins as a Partner in Brussels and COO for continental Europe. Thomas is a regulatory and strategic communication expert with over 20 years’ experience. He has advised multinational companies and governments on campaigns and regulatory engagement in France and Europe and has extensive experience in trade dispute cases & antitrust proceedings.

Benoît Roussel will also be a Partner in Brussels. Benoît is a policy and regulatory strategist with a strong focus on digital, antitrust and health policy. He has led major public affairs campaigns for multinational companies on such issues as data privacy / GDPR, competition policy and antitrust investigations, platform liability, digital taxation, intellectual property and industrial policy.

Kim Rosello joins as a Partner based in London. Kim will be leading an expansion of Flint’s work with investors, hedge funds and other financial services clients. Kim has over 16 years’ experience advising investor clients as a Managing Director at Teneo and Director at the Eurasia Group. Prior to that Kim spent six years in the City working in equities.

Susan Murphy joins as a Partner and Flint’s Chief Operating Officer, based in London. Susan will lead the operational management of the company as it grows, allowing the Managing Partners to take a more strategic role. Susan is a chartered accountant and has wide experience in building and professionalising the operations of high-growth companies.  

Sam Lowe was recently promoted to Partner from within our team and is also based in London. Sam will lead Flint’s trade and market access practice. Prior to Flint, Sam was a senior research fellow at the Centre for European Reform. He has also held positions as a member of the UK government’s Strategic Trade Advisory Group (2019-2020), a senior advisor to the Blakeney Group, and the Brexit and trade lead for a prominent environmental charity.

We are delighted with these appointments, which mark an exciting step forward for Flint. In the coming days we will share more information on our French team and new operation in Paris, and on our new research and insights offer for hedge funds and FS clients.
