Prior to joining Flint, Vishnu held senior positions at ANZ Banking group, where he was the CEO Singapore & Head for South East Asia, India & the Middle East and previously CEO for Indonesia based in Jakarta and held senior positions at the head office in Australia covering corporate and transaction banking and risk.

Originally from India, Vishnu has been based in Singapore since 2009. He was a Council Member of the Associate of Banks Singapore, a Fellow of the Institute of Banking and Finance in Singapore and was recently recognised by the Australian High Commission in Singapore for his contribution to growing trade and business ties between Singapore and Australia. Since retiring from ANZ Bank in 2022, he has been a Non Executive Director of Capitaland India Trust and a strategic adviser to companies looking to develop business opportunities in Asia.
