Tom advises clients on competition and regulation issues.

Before joining Flint, Tom spent two years working at the Competition and Markets Authority as an Economist. During his time there he worked on mergers and markets cases. Prior to working at the Competition and Markets Authority, Tom worked on policy analysis at the Ministry of Justice and completed an internship at Frontier Economics.

Tom holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Surrey.
