Suzanne joins Flint from a boutique consultancy focused on the energy and water sector. An economist by background, she has supported utility-sector clients in developing commercial and regulatory strategies and designing and responding to regulatory arrangements for nearly 30 years. She has worked extensively with both Ofgem, the UK energy regulator, and Ofwat, the water regulator in England & Wales, and therefore has a broad and in-depth understanding of UK regulatory frameworks and incentives.
She has supported clients through all stages of multiple price control processes and has extensive experience of developing, coordinating and drafting regulatory consultations and policy documents for UK regulators as well as companies’ regulatory submissions, business plans and consultation responses.
