Profile

Quasi is based in Shanghai, China. She advises financial services clients with a focus on mainland China business strategy and policy, political and regulatory developments. 

In her earlier career, Quasi gained management experience across several sectors, including real estate investment, pharmaceuticals and fintech. She later joined Accenture, where she drew on this broader experience to support clients on growth and strategic transformation, including both organic expansion and acquisitions. 

Prior to joining Flint Global, Quasi worked across a wide spectrum of financial institutions including HSBC, DBS, AIA, MetLife and Qianhai-HSBC Securities, serving as Senior Vice President or in similar senior roles. She supported executive leadership across corporate strategy and planning, macroeconomic and regulatory analysis, investor relations and government engagement. 

Quasi holds fund industry qualifications issued by AMAC (Asset Management Association of China) and is a member of GARP (Global Association of Risk Professionals). 

Quasi holds dual bachelor’s degrees in economics and accounting from the University of Finance and Economics in China, and an MBA from the University of Northern Iowa.
