Phuong advises clients on policy and regulatory matters throughout the Asia-Pacific region. She has extensive experience supporting global financial services and technology companies.

Phuong has significant expertise in providing cross-border policy and regulatory support for finance and technology businesses operating across Singapore, Hong Kong, PRC, India, Australia, and South-East Asia. She formerly served as a board director of FIA Japan, a financial services trade association based in Japan, and was the Vice President of Legal & Policy, Asia Pacific at FIA, a leading global trade association for cleared derivatives.

Phuong was selected for Asian Legal Business’ inaugural “40 under 40,” acknowledging outstanding legal talent across Asia, and in 2024, she was recognised as a finalist in the 2024 Women in Finance Asia Awards.
