Peter Crewe supports clients on policy and regulatory issues for the insurance sector in Hong Kong and Asia.

Peter is the Founder and Managing Director of Ziffa Group Limited where he provides Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) advisory and consultancy services for the financial services industry.

Peter has worked within the insurance industry for over 30-years mostly in Asia Pacific with AIA Group Limited (AIA) where he held senior regional roles and country CEO positions in Hong Kong, Australia, Indonesia and Brunei.

Since retiring from AIA in 2020 he currently serves as Chairman & INED, AIA Trustee Co. Ltd and INED for CIGNA Worldwide General Insurance Co. Ltd., Chubb Life Insurance (HK) Ltd and AXA Philippines.

Effective from 2022 Peter has served on the Industry Advisory Committee on Long term Business to the Insurance Authority of Hong Kong SAR.
