Profile

Prior to joining Flint Global, Nidhi worked at an Indian public policy consulting firm, where she advised major technology companies, industry associations, and multinational clients on India’s evolving digital policy landscape. Her work focused on AI governance, competition policy, online safety, telecommunications regulation, and digital trade. She supported stakeholder engagement initiatives, crafted policy advocacy strategies, and undertook regulatory impact analyses for clients.

Nidhi has also interned with Grab and completed her capstone project with Meta Thailand on regional public policy issues,  contributing to policy analyses on data protection, platform regulation, AI ethics, and consumer safety in e-commerce across Southeast Asia.

Earlier in her career, Nidhi worked at the Embassy of Brazil in New Delhi in the Science, Technology and Innovation section, supporting bilateral cooperation initiatives between India and Brazil.

Nidhi holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore, and a Bachelor’s of Technology in Computer Science from the University of Delhi, India.
