Michelle is an Executive Assistant supporting the day-to-day running of our London office.

With over a decade of experience in administrative and operational roles across both creative, tech and agricultural sectors, Michelle began her career as an Office Manager, honing her skills in organisation, coordination, and team support. She later transitioned into Event Management within a trade association specialising in Grain and Feed, where she successfully led the planning and execution of corporate functions, industry conferences, and high-profile events.

Currently, Michelle serves as an Executive Team Assistant at Flint Global, providing strategic support to senior leadership and ensuring the seamless operation of day-to-day activities. Michelle’s varied background enables her to anticipate needs, manage complex logistics, and bring structure and efficiency to any environment.
