Matthew advises clients on political, policy and regulatory affairs with a focus on digital and tech policy.

Prior to Flint, Matt worked at a boutique consultancy and technology company where he supported central and local government authorities in the UK to achieve their strategic and policy outcomes in digital and innovation, and advised multinational companies on government affairs.

Matt holds a first-class Bachelor of Laws from King’s College London and graduated from the London School of Economics with a distinction in the MSc Regulation programme. In July 2024, Matt was selected as a UK Rising Leader in the politics and policy cohort by The Aspen Institute.
