Klara is a Consultant in Flint’s Policy and Political Analysis practice, advising clients on climate, sustainability and energy.

Before joining Flint, Klara worked at McKinsey & Company in Berlin on decarbonisation strategy, climate regulation and sustainability transformation. She advised clients across sectors on carbon reduction pathways, ESG integration and climate-related risks. Previously, at UNESCO she worked on foresight and futures literacy.

Klara holds a Master’s in International History from Columbia University, where she specialised in the evolution of international climate negotiations, and an MPhil in Modern European History from the University of Cambridge.
