Jochem supports clients on political and policy issues in the Netherlands and Europe.

Before joining Flint, Jochem gained experience at a public affairs consultancy in the Netherlands and completed a traineeship at the European Commission. These experiences gave him a strong understanding of political decision-making and stakeholder engagement at both the national and European levels.

Jochem holds an MSc in the Global Political Economy of China and Europe from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Master of Management Science from Fudan University. He also holds a BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences from University College Utrecht.
