Prior to joining Flint, Jay worked within the Human Resources team for a leading UK-wide infrastructure, construction, and property services company, shortly after completing a degree in Psychology (BSc).

His areas of expertise are in employee lifecycle processing, talent acquisition and maintaining HR Systems & employee databases.
