Gonçalo advises clients on EU policy and regulatory developments across a number of sectors.

Gonçalo joined Flint from the public affairs team of the law firm Freshfields. He started his career working for a Portuguese Member of Parliament before joining the trade association Insurance Europe in Brussels.

Gonçalo holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and International Development from NOVA School of Business and Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Gonçalo speaks Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
