Glebs is a Consultant in Flint’s Global Markets and Investor Advisory practice, based in London. He advises clients on the intersection of UK, European and Eurasian policy, politics, and commercial strategy, with a focus on the financial services and energy sectors.

Prior to joining Flint, Glebs spent four years at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington D.C.. At the IMF, he worked as an analyst, translating complex economic research into strategic advice, managing communications for flagship reports focused on Europe and Eurasia, and supporting sensitive geopolitical communications, including the IMF's work with Ukraine.

Glebs recently completed an MSc in Culture and Conflict in a Global Europe from the London School of Economics and Political Science and holds a B.A. in International Affairs from George Washington University. He is fluent in English, Russian, and Latvian with intermediate proficiency in Ukrainian.
