Floris advises clients on issues in regulation and policy in the Netherlands and Europe. 

Before joining Flint, Floris worked as a public affairs consultant at Considerati, advising clients on digital policy and regulation, with a particular focus on platform regulation, internet governance, cybersecurity, innovation policy and tax legislation. Earlier in his career, he gained experience in public international law and conducted due diligence investigations in the financial services sector. 

Floris holds an LLM in Public International Law from the University of Amsterdam and an LLB in Law from Utrecht University, complemented by a minor in Spanish. Floris is fluent in Dutch and English and has a professional working proficiency in Spanish.
