Florence advises clients on financial services policy matters in the Asia-Pacific region.
Prior to her role at Flint, Florence worked in policy advisory at Eurasia Group and Squire Patton Boggs U.S. LLP. Her integrated finance-policy perspective stems from her CFA Level 1 qualification and broad internship experience with a leading Chinese venture capital firm, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and Manulife Investment Management. These experiences allowed her to analyse private-market investment opportunities. Her award-winning graduate thesis, co-authored with a colleague, focussed on financial services policy innovation in China.
Florence holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Columbia University.
