As a Consultant, Femke monitors political and policy developments and translates them into relevant insights for companies. She helps clients contextualise current political developments and legislation, and assess their implications, opportunities and risks for organisations and sectors.
Prior to joining Flint, Femke gained diverse experience at both national and European level. She completed internships with the national campaign team of a political party, the Ministry of Defence, and the European Parliament. These experiences enabled her to develop a broad understanding of political decision-making and the role of various institutions and stakeholders in the policy-making process.
Femke holds an MSc in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics. She also holds a BSc in International Politics from Leiden University and completed a pre-master's programme in Economics at the University of Amsterdam.
