Euan advises clients on issues relating to digital and technology policy and regulation.

Before Flint, Euan was Head of Tech Policy at the Cabinet Office, where he shaped the UK Government's technology policy priorities, with a particular focus on AI. Prior to that he was Counsellor Digital Economy and Tech at the British Embassy Tokyo, advising UK and APAC tech companies and investors on doing business across those markets. He has also led teams in the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology and the Cabinet Office working on online safety, cyber security regulation and critical infrastructure security.

Before government, Euan was a secondary school teacher and provided consultancy advice on the setting up of new schools.
