Eilidh supports clients on policy and regulatory issues in the UK. She is based in London.

Before Flint, Eilidh worked at Ofgem for six years where she led on a number of policy and strategy issues within the RIIO-2 price control framework. Eilidh was the head of Governance and the Board secretary for Ofgem advising the Chair, CEO and Board members on governance and policy decisions, and led on reforming Ofgem’s governance structures.

Before Ofgem, Eilidh worked at Scottish Power and Scottish Power Energy Networks in their wholesale operations directorate and the networks planning and regulation team.
