Efan advises clients on economic policy, regulation, and competition issues.
Before joining Flint Global, he worked at a major European airline, advising on regulatory, public policy, and government affairs issues. He previously worked at HM Treasury on international economic security policy and within the British Embassy in Colombia, at the British-Colombian Chamber of Commerce, supporting bilateral trade promotion.
Efan holds a First-Class degree in Economics with Hispanic Studies from the University of Nottingham, where he received awards for best dissertation and overall academic performance. He speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
