Ed Sweett is a senior consultant at Flint. He advises clients on policy and political issues in the UK, and has a particular interest in education, devolution and justice policy.

Ed has worked as a political consultant since the beginning of 2025. Before that he worked for three years as a researcher for Maria Miller MP in Parliament, where he focused on a range of issues, including planning policy, the Online Safety Bill, and the regulation of industrial battery storage systems.

Prior to that, he worked for a brief stint in the NHS, completed a summer fellowship at the Hudson Institute in Washington D.C, has a Master's degree in Political Theory from LSE, and a First Class degree in Philosophy from UCL.
