Prior to joining Flint, Denisa led people functions within businesses spanning a range of sectors and multi-national locations.
Her areas of expertise are in strategic development and implementation of culture and employee engagement including talent development and acquisition, and diversity and inclusion, overlaid with a strong focus on wellbeing.
