David Reed leads Flint's Global Markets & Investments Advisory Practice across Europe, based in Brussels.

Davis advises clients on EU and international politics, policy, and regulation, with a focus on financial services, technology, energy, and sustainability.

He has over 15 years’ experience in senior management roles in leading international business advisory organisations. Prior to that, he worked on financial regulation at the UK’s financial services regulator (now FCA) and at the European Commission.

David has also served as Director of the European Parliamentary Financial Services Forum as was elected Co-President of British Chamber of Commerce EU & Belgium in 2024.
